摘　　要：目的探讨泰国Nonthaburi府终末期肾病(end stage renal disease,ESRD)腹膜透析管理模式及其启示。方法观察法、专题小组讨论法、个人深入访谈法等定性研究方法。结果该府ESRD管理关键要素包括:一体化的卫生服务体系、多学科专业团队、规范化服务、患者及家属的广泛参与和多种措施降低管理成本等。结论ESRD管理中应注重其效果、公平和效率的综合提升;适当的管理方式可促进腹膜透析的广泛应用;社会支持促进ESRD管理的可持续性。Objective To study the management model of peritoneal dialysis（PD）for end stage renal disease（ESRD）in Nonthaburi Province of Thailand.Methods The qualitative research methods such as field observation,focus group discussion,and in-depth individual interview,etc.were used.Results The key elements of the PD management of ESRD in Nonthaburi Province included integrated systems of health service,multidisciplinary teams,standardized health service,extensive involvement of patients and their families in the management,and multiple measures of reducing management cost.Conclusion The effect,equality and efficiency should be promoted comprehensively in the PD management of ESRD,the appropriate management can promote wider application of PD,and the social support can improve the sustainability of the PD management of ESRD.
