摘　　要：目的探讨社区老年人慢性病患病情况及其对家庭护理服务的需求情况。方法采用问卷调查法对社区老年居民进行健康与家庭护理服务需求的调查。结果社区老年人慢性病患病率为42.03%(306/728),家庭护理服务需求的比例为76.10%(554/728);社会老年人对常见病和急症的及时诊治、定期健康检查和老年保健服务等项目需求高。结论社区老年人慢性病患病率高,家庭护理需求迫切,加强老年慢性病管理和家庭护理服务对提高老年人的生命质量具有现实意义。Objective To explore the chronic disease status of community elderly residents and their demand for home care services.Methods The questionnaire was conducted to investigate the health status and the demand for home care services among the community elderly residents.Results The prevalence rate of chronic disease among the community elderly residents was 42.03% and the ratio of their home care services was 76.1%.The community elderly residents put forward greater demand for prompt diagnosis and treatment of common diseases,timely treatment of emergent diseases,regular health examination,and elderly health care services.Conclusion The prevalence rate of chronic disease is high among the community elderly residents and the demand for home care services is great,so it is of practical significance to improve the quality of the elderly life by strengthening the management of elderly chronic diseases and home care services.
