耳廓复合组织瓣修复鼻翼缺损的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳廓复合组织瓣游离移植修复鼻翼缺损的方法和效果。方法选取2012年1月至2016年1月四川省人民医院整形外科鼻翼缺损患者32例,采取耳廓复合组织瓣,将其插入鼻翼缺损区,皮肤和软骨呈阶梯状分层缝合,良好固定,耳廓供区直接缝合。结果所有病例均一期愈合修复,术后随访6~12个月,平均8个月。耳廓复合组织色泽与鼻部组织基本近似,鼻翼外形弧度满意,无鼻翼塌陷、继发耳廓供区畸形等并发症。结论应用自体耳廓复合组织瓣游离移植修复鼻翼缺损,是一种具有良好治疗效果的便捷修复方式。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of auricular composite tissue flaps in repairing nasal alar defects.Methods 32 patients with nasal alar defects treated in Sichuan Provincial People′s Hospital from January of 2012 to January of 2016 were selected,and the auricular composite tissue flaps were used to repair the nasal alar defects.The skin and cartilage were stratified and sutured with good fixation and the donor sites were sutured directly.Results All the patients were healed by first intention and followed up from 6 to 12 months with an average of 8 months.The color of the auricular composite tissues was similar to that of the nasal tissues.The appearance of the nasal alar was good and there were no complications such as alar collapse,secondary deformity of the donor sites,etc.Conclusion The transplantation of autologous auricular composite tissue flaps is a convenient method to repair nasal alar defects with good clinical effects.
