摘　　要：目的了解绵阳市基层医疗卫生机构的效能,为优化资源配置效率进行宏观调控提供参考依据。方法运用多数据包络分析方法(DEA)对资源配置状况的关键指标进行综合评价分析。结果卫生资源投入总量虽逐年增加,资源配置相对效率为有效,但投入产出效率逐年下降。结论应完善资源配置效率监测评估和调控机制,引导资源的合理配置,提高基层医疗机构运行效率,实现均衡与高效的目标。Objective To investigate the efficiency of the primary health institutions in Mianyang and provide reference for optimizing the allocation of resources.Methods The data envelopment analysis（DEA）was used to evaluate the key indicators of the resource allocation comprehensively.Results The total input of health resources increased year by year and the relative efficiency of the resource allocation was good,but the input-output efficiency decreased each year.Conclusion The mechanisms of monitoring,assessing and regulating the resource allocation efficiency should be improved to promote the rational allocation of health resources and the operating efficiency of primary health institutions.In this way,the health resources can be allocated with balance and efficiency.
