摘  要:通钢FTSR薄板坯生产线生产SPA-H钢,原来存在严重的边部缺陷。为了消除SPA-H钢的边部缺陷,从理论上分析了边裂产生的原因,认为边部缺陷产生的主要原因是二冷水给水模式不合理、扇形段运行不良、夹持辊扭矩偏大及扇形段静态一次压下、钢水中酸溶铝和氮质量分数偏高。通过二冷水给水模式优化、更换扇形段、多段缓慢压下及将钢水中酸溶铝和氮质量分数降低等措施,将集装箱板SPA-H热轧板卷的边部缺陷比例由14.9%降到0.9%。The container strip steel(SPA-H)produced by the FTSR thin slab casting and rolling production line in Tonghua Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was subjected to a problem of edge defects.In order to solve the problem,the causes of the eddy cracking were analyzed.It thought that the metallurgical conditions including the unreasonable secondary cooling water supply,the poor state of segment operation,the high torsion of pinch rolls,the static one step press down of roller gap in the segment zero and the high mass fractions of[Als]and [N]in steel were the main reasons for the eddy cracking.The edge defect ratio of the container strips were reduced from 14.9%to 0.9%percent by optimizing the second water cooling supply,changing the improper rollers in the segments on time,applying the multi-stage soft reduction,and reducing the mass fractions of[Als]and[N]in the molten steel.
