摘 要:从理论方面重点对氮质量分数与铸坯角裂的相关性进行了总结分析,根据钢中氮质量分数水平与板坯角部横裂纹发生存在正相关关系,对氮质量分数控制目标进行了研究。通过分析氮质量分数的来源,研究氮质量分数对含硼钢、含铝钢和含铌钢的影响,结合其他钢厂氮质量分数控制情况,查找某厂各工序氮质量分数控制情况,制定氮质量分数控制措施,并对比钢中氮质量分数与铸坯切角数据,摸索出了部分钢种的氮质量分数控制目标,进一步降低了铸坯切角率。The correlation between the nitrogen mass fraction and the slab corner crack were theoretically summarized.And according to the positive correlation relationship between the nitrogen mass fraction in steel and the slab corner transverse cracks,the control objective of the nitrogen mass fraction was studied.Through the analysis of the sources of nitrogen,the influences of the nitrogen mass fraction on the boron steel,aluminized steel and containing niobium steel were studied.Combined with the nitrogen mass fraction control in other steel plant,the control conditions of the nitrogen mass fraction in each process in a plant were found out,and the control measures were formulated.By comparing the nitrogen mass fraction in steel to the slab corner cut data,the control targets for some steel grades were proposed,which can further reduce the slab corner cut rates.
