摘  要:对0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al钢板材进行了不同的热处理制度试验,通过对板材的金相组织和板材的表面观察可知,该钢板材宜在1 050℃固溶450~500℃碱洗,80℃酸洗的状态下进行冷轧;该钢经1 050℃固溶后随着回火温度的升高,钢中的残余奥氏体逐渐转变为回火索氏体,但在950℃时开始发生逆转变;该钢固溶后在-73℃进行深冷,残余奥氏体可转变为马氏体组织。0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al steel plates were treated by different heat treatment systems,and the microstructure and surface observation of the plate showed that 0Cr15Ni7Mo2 Al steel should be cold rolled when the solid solution strengthening was at 1 050 ℃,the alkali washing was at 450-500 ℃ and the pickling was at 80 ℃. After the the solid solution strengthening at 1 050 ℃,with the increase of the tempering temperature of steel,the residual austenite was gradually transformed into the tempered sorbite,but when increased to 950 ℃,the reverse transformation was started. And after the solution treatment,the residual austenite can transform to the martensite with the deep cooling at-73 ℃.
