摘 要:通过宏观形貌和微观形貌等方面的比较,对船板和高强度钢板的冲击试样断口的分离情况做了大量的分析。结果表明,船板钢冲击断口的分离均与组织中的偏析带有关,偏析多聚集在同一区域,而高强钢的偏析带则是厚度方向上周期性出现。建议对于出现冲击断口分离现象的产品使用,需要根据实际受力及结构形式区别对待。Compared with the macroscopic morphology and microstructure,a lot of analysis on the layered phenomenon of the fractures of the impact specimens of the ship plate and the high strength steel plate was performed. The results showed that the layered phenomenon was mainly related to the center segregation. The segregation of the ship plate steel most gathered in the same region but the high strength steel's appeared periodically in the thickness direction. It was suggested that the application of the product with the layered impact fracture should be treated differently according to the actual stress and structural type.
