摘  要:本文对某6缸柴油机共轨系统进行了不同转速下的台架振动试验,利用数字信号分析处理技术以及振动信号分析理论对存在的共轨系统振动峰值进行了分析,通过振动信号的互功率谱密度分析和自功率谱密度分析找到了共轨系统振动峰值对应的振源,分析显示共轨管在530 Hz附近存在明显的共振峰,该峰值主要由共轨管与发动机的连接钢板的共振引起,根据分析提出了降低该振动峰值的方案,在连接钢板处增加一个与发动机缸盖的螺栓连接,提高钢板的一阶固有频率以避开发动机的发火激励谐次,对优化方案进行试验验证,结果表明优化后共轨管的振动大幅降低。The vibration characteristic of a common rail system for six-cylinder diesel engine was measured under the conditions of various speed characteristics. The signal processing technology and the vibration signal analysis theory were used to analyze the vibration peak value of common rail, the vibration sources were found through the vibration signal' s cross-power and auto-power spectral density function analysis. Results indicated that the main peak value at 530 Hz which caused by the connect-plate' s resonance. According to existing issues, an optimization scheme was proposed. The natural frequencies of the plate increase with the increase of the stiffness by add a bolt connection between the plate and cylinder head. The experiment verified that the vibration amplitude of common rail distinctly reduced, which proved the effectiveness of the optimal design.
