摘 要:针对一款1.5 L直喷自吸汽油机进行了排气压力波动对其外特性动力性的影响分析,首先利用GT-Power软件进行模拟仿真,分析了前消声器位置不同导致排气反射波的波形和频率发生变化时,缸内残余废气系数和发动机外特性动力性的变化情况,然后重点分析了前消声器后移1 100 mm时排气压力波的变化和缸内残余废气系数变化的原因,在此基础上进一步分析排气相位变化对排气压力波以及发动机性能的影响,最后通过台架试验对计算结果进行了验证。The exhaust pressure wave and its influence to engine power were studied on a 1.5 L NA gasoline engine. First, built its simulation model using GT-Power, analyzed the different shape and frequency of exhaust wave caused by different position of the first muffler and then studied the change of residual gas and power performance. The first muffler move backward 1.1 meter was detailed studied. On this basis, the exhaust wave and engine power performance caused by different exhaust phase were studied. Finally, all these studies were verified through bench test.
