摘  要:对某中重型柴油机用共轨喷油器在200 MPa工作压力下的泄漏量进行理论分析、模拟计算和试验验证,分析结果表明,在轨压160~200 MPa时,共轨喷油器的高压泄漏量随轨压增加大幅增加,而静态泄漏量增加是造成喷油器高压泄漏量增加的主要原因,通过对喷油器关键零部件进行设计优化,可有效改善高压力工况下的静态泄漏量和总泄漏量,且优化后对喷油量稳定性无不利影响。Analyzing the building of fuel leakage during the injection of a injector in common rail system for a medium & heavy-duty diesel, and doing some calculation and experimental investigation on condition of the highest common rail pressure up to 200 MPa. The result of measurement shows that the fuel leakage of test injector increased greatly during rail pressure increase from 160 MPa to 200 MPa, and a substantial increase of static leakage during the increasing of common rail pressure is the main reason . Having optimized structures of some key parts and parameters of injector and then checked. The leakages of optimized injector have decreased greatly in test point, es- pecially during the rail pressure increasing from 160 MPa to 200 MPa, and the stability of injection haven't worsened.
