摘 要:创伤性骨折在法医学司法鉴定中始终占据相当数量,一种能监测骨折愈合时间并进行数字化、量化分析的模型对法医学鉴定有着极其重要的意义。合理地选择检查方法可以提高诊断的准确性,为最终的诉讼提供科学的鉴定意见和坚实的证据支持。通过综述影像学技术、振动分析及骨矿密度测定等方法,以测定骨折处骨痂的量、骨密度、刚度及骨代谢变化等,列出各类技术方法的特点,并评估这些技术方法在评估骨折愈合程度中的应用及其法医学意义。经比较研究认为,合理地运用多种技术方法,对骨折愈合程度进行综合评估,较单独使用单一方法更为准确,有助于为骨折形成时间的法医学鉴定提供科学依据。As the number of traumatic fractures cases in forensic appraisal is considerable and stable, a model that can monitor, digitize and quantify the healing time of traumatic fractures is of great significance to forensic medical appraisal. Choosing a reasonable inspection approach can improve the accuracy of diagnosis, and also provide scientific appraisal opinions and solid evidence for final litigations. Using the methods of radiological technology, the vibration analysis and the bone mineral density measurements, the data of the fracture callus weight, bone density, stiffness and bone metabolism changes can be acquired. This paper summarized the characteristics of various technology and methods and evaluated the application of these methods in estimating the healing time of traumatic fracture, as well as their forensic significance. Compared with a single method, the rational use of a variety of methods to evaluate the degree of fracture healing is more accurate, and is more helpful to provide scientific evidence of fracture formation time in forensic medical appraisal.
