摘 要:目的掌握辽宁口岸鼠类种群结构及其携带汉坦病毒情况,为辽宁口岸鼠传疾病的防控提供技术支持。方法采用夹夜法等对辽宁口岸鼠类进行监测,采集到的鼠类分类鉴定,利用RT-PCR方法检测鼠肺样本中的汉坦病毒。结果2008—2015年,在丹东港、东港、大连机场、沈阳机场等19个口岸共捕获鼠类2目2科4属4种965只,褐家鼠、小家鼠、黑线姬鼠及小麝鼩的构成比分别为83.42%(805/965)、11.50%(111/965)、4.56%(44/965)和0.52%(5/965)。从787份鼠肺样本中检测出汉坦病毒阳性样本120份,序列分析表明均为汉城型汉坦病毒,汉坦病毒感染率为15.25%。结论辽宁口岸鼠类优势种为褐家鼠,鼠类中汉坦病毒携带率较高。应加强辽宁口岸地区鼠类及肾综合征出血热等鼠传疾病的防控工作。Objective To master the population structure of rodents and the infection of hantavirus,and to provide technical support for the prevention and control of rodent-borne diseases at Liaoning ports. Methods Applying night trapping method to conduct surveillance of rodents at Liaoning ports. The rodents collected were sent to labo- ratory for classification and identification,RT-PCR was used to detect hantavirus from rodent lung samples. Results From 2008 to 2015,965 rodents (4 species,4 genera,2 families,2 order)were captured at 19 ports of Liaoning,in- cluding Dandong,Donggang,Dalian airport,Shenyang airport,etc. The number of Rattus norvegicus,Mus musculus, Apodemus agrarius and Crocidura Lasiura accounted tor 83.42% (805/965), 11.50% ( 111/965 ) ,4.56% (44/965),0.52% (5/965),respectively. Hantavirns was detected in 120 lung samples out of 787 rodents,sequence aualysis showed the virus was Seoul hantavirnse,and the infection rate was 15.25%. Conclusion The dominant species was Rattus norvegicus,and the infection rate of hantaviruses was higher at Liaoning ports. The prevention and control of rodents at Liaoning ports should be strengthened.
