摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师参与临床抗感染治疗方案的制定,促进合理使用抗菌药物。方法对临床药师参与的1例社区获得性肺炎的病例进行分析,制定个体化的抗感染治疗方案,同时关注药品不良反应。结果临床药师提出使用磷霉素这一经典药物被医生采纳,深入临床对患者进行药学监护,提高药物疗效。结论临床药师在参与临床药物治疗过程中,及时与医生沟通,提高患者用药的安全性及有效性,促进合理用药。[Objective] To analyze the function of the pharmacist taking part in formulating anti-infection therapy scheme to promote rational use of anti-bacterial agents. [Methods] A case of community-aquired pneumonia （CAP） treated with the participation of a clinical pharmacist was analyzed, individualization anti-infection therapy scheme was formulated and medicine untoward effect was paid attention to. [Results] The proposition of using classical drug of fosfomycin by the clinical pharmacist was adopted, and pharmaceutical care for the patient improved the effectiveness of medicine. [Conclusion] It is possible for clinical pharmacists to participate in the clinical therapeutics, which can improve the efficiency, effectiveness and reasonability of medication.
