摘　　要：目的观察两种不同联合麻醉法在纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)检查中的应用效果。方法选取该院2015年8月‐2016年10月收治的125例纤维支气管镜检查的患者,随机分为两组,其中观察组63例,对照组62例,观察组采用环甲膜穿刺联合压缩雾化吸入利多卡因方法进行麻醉,对照组采用环甲膜穿刺联合气管内滴入利多卡因方法进行麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果及术中患者生命体征的水平。结果观察组在纤维支气管镜检查中麻醉效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.204,P<0.05);进镜5 min时观察组患者的心率、收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组(均P<0.05),而两组的指脉氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用环甲膜穿刺联合压缩雾化吸入利多卡因麻醉方法进行纤维支气管镜检查的麻醉效果较好,术中患者生命体征较平稳,有利于保证纤支镜检查的顺利进行。[Objective] To observe the application effects of two different combined anesthesia methods in fiberoptic bronchoscopy. [Methods] A total of 125 patients underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy were selected in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, including the observation group of 63 cases and the control group of 62 cases. Patients in the observation group were treated with cricothyroid membrane puncture combined with compressed aerosol inhalation of lidocaine for anesthesia. However, patients in the control group were treated with cricothyroid membrane puncture combined with tracheal instillation of lidocaine for anesthesia. Finally, the anesthesia effect and the level of vital signs were compared between the two groups. [Results] The anesthesia effect in the observation group was superior to that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （Z =-2.204, P 〈0.05）. When fiberoptic bronchoscope was operated for 5 minutes, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. However, there was no significant difference in pulse oxygen saturation between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] During fiberoptic bronchoscopy using the method of cylindrical membrane puncture combined with compressed aerosol inhalation of lidocaine, the anesthesia effect is better and the vital signs of the patient are more stable. It will help to ensure the smooth operation of fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
