摘 要:先用自制脱硫罐对废旧胶粉进行脱硫(再生),再在开炼机上对再生胶粉进行薄通而制得再生橡胶,研究再生温度和薄通次数对再生橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着再生温度升高,再生橡胶的再生程度提高,门尼粘度减小,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率先增大后减小,再生温度为190~200℃时再生橡胶的综合性能较好;随着薄通次数增加,再生温度低于190℃时的再生橡胶拉伸强度和拉断伸长率先增大后减小,再生温度高于210℃时的再生橡胶拉伸强度和拉断伸长率下降明显。The regeneration of waste rubber powder by using self-made desulfurization tank was carried out,and recycled rubber powder was thin-passed on the two-roll mill,then recycle rubber was made. The effect of regeneration temperature and the thin-pass number of two-roll mill on the properties of recycled rubber was studied. The results showed that with the increase of regeneration temperature,the regeneration degree of regenerated rubber increased,the Mooney viscosity decreased,tensile strength and elongation at break increased first and then decreased,and with the regeneration temperature range of 190~200 ℃,the overall properties of regenerated rubber were good. With the increase of the thin-pass number,the tensile strength and elongation at break of regenerated rubber increased first and then decreased when the regeneration temperature was lower than 190 ℃. If the regeneration temperature was higher than 210 ℃,the tensile strength and elongation at break significantly decreased with the increase of the thin-pass number.
