摘　　要：就业是民生之本,残疾人就业更是其生存发展之基。残疾人只有实现就业,才能获得实现自身价值的基本空间,才有可能实现全面小康。在竞争性就业环境中,残疾人作为社会弱势群体处于极其不利的地位。事实证明,践行积极的现代社会残疾人观,优化残疾人就业环境,是解决残疾人就业困境的基础性问题。深刻认识现代社会残疾人观在残疾人就业中的地位和作用,增强积极的现代社会残疾人观的实践性和实效性,对于广大残疾人实现全面小康具有重要意义。Employment has a vital bearing on the people＇s livelihood. The employment of the disabled is in particular the basis of their survival and development. Only when disabilities obtain employments can they acquire the basic space which can make their values come true, and possess the impossible to realize all-round well-off. As a kind of disadvantaged group, disabilities are in the disadvantaged position in the competitive environment. The facts show that it is crucial for the society to have a positive view on the disabled and provide a sound employment environment which is the key to the employment of the disabled. Therefore it is of great significance to understand the position and function of modern social views on the disabled and promote the practicality and effectiveness of positive views in order to construd an all-round well-off society for the disabled.
