摘  要:目的探讨及早应用替罗非班对急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者急诊PCI术后治疗效果的影响。方法选取2011年6月—2015年6月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院心内科需要PCI手术患者100例,随机分成两组,及早应用组(50例),确诊后立即给予替罗非班,常规应用组(50例),冠状动脉造影时给予替罗非班,比较两组患者的临床基本资料、PCI术后心肌TMPG分级情况及住院期间主要临床不良事件。结果及早应用组心肌TMPG为3级的患者为44%明显多于常规组36%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4,P=0.039,P<0.05);两组患者住院期间临床不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论及早应用替罗非班可以增加心肌再灌注,且安全有效,不会增加患者的出血风险及心脏不良事件的发生。Objective The effect of early application of tirofiban on the treatment of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction who were after emergency PCI was investigated. Methods 100 cases of patients with PCI who were from the department of cardiology,the second affiliated hospital of Qiqihar Medical School,June 2011 to June 2015,they were randomly divided into two groups,early application group(50 cases),which were diagnosed given tirofiban immediately,on the other hand,the routine application of group(50 cases) and who were given tirofiban after coronary artery angiography. Two groups of patients with clinical data were compared,myocardial perfusion grade after PCI and hospitalization during major adverse clinical events. Results Early application of myocardial TMPG for 3 level of the patients was significantly higher than which of the routine group(44% vs 36%),the difference is statistically significant(χ~2=4,P=0.039,P〈0.05); two groups of patients with hospital the incidence of clinical adverse events rate had no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion Early application of the tirofiban can increase myocardial reperfusion,safe and effective,furthermore,that will not increase the risk of bleeding in patients with cardiac adverse events.
