麦默通旋切系统在乳头溢液性疾病诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨麦默通(Mammotome)旋切系统在女性乳头溢液性疾病中的诊治应用价值。方法选择2014年1月—2015年6月在该院就诊的210例(215个溢液乳头,其中双侧5例)女性乳头溢液性疾病的患者,在超声引导下行麦默通微创旋切活检治疗,观察分析患者的病理类型以及并发症发生情况。结果 215个乳头溢液在麦默通微创旋切治疗后病理报告3个为乳腺导管原位癌,行了改良根治术。139个为乳管内乳头状瘤,73个为乳腺腺病。212个良性乳头溢液中209个乳头溢液消失,3个无效;术后并发症:6个出现切除部位血肿、5个出现皮下与淤斑;术后随访最长30个月,其中6个乳头溢液复发。结论麦默通旋切系统在女性乳头溢液性疾病中诊断及治疗中具有重要应用价值。Objective To investigate the Mammotome cutting system of nipple discharge diseases in the diagnosis and treatment value in female nipple. Methods Select January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital 210 cases（215 nipple discharge,including bilateral five cases） were female nipple discharge disease,ultrasound guided minimally invasive Mammotome biopsy treatment,Observing and analyzing the pathological types and complications of patients. Results215 nipple overflow liquid after mammotome minimally invasive phlebectomy for treatment of pathological report three breast ductal carcinoma in situ,the modified radical mastectomy. 139 were intraductal papilloma,73 breast adenosis.212 benign papilloma overflow liquid 209 of nipple discharge disappeared,3 invalid; postoperative complications： Six appear removal of hematoma,5 and subcutaneous ecchymosis; postoperative follow-up the longest 30 months,which 6nipple overflow liquid recurrence. Conclusion Mammotome overflow has important application value in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the liquid in the female nipple.
