护理干预对普外科手术患者术后疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的通过验证分析,探究对普外科手术患者作用护理干预对其术后疼痛感的影响。方法将2014年9月—2015年9月接受过普外科手术的患者共200例进行分组,分别为对照组和实验组,其中对照组100例患者进行常规护理,而实验组100例患者在进行常规护理的基础上实施护理干预。手术后一段时间,对分组后的两组患者同时进行手术处疼痛感强烈程度和镇痛需量的多少等方面的观察,且将观察结果统计,分析。结果观察发现对照组相较实验组患者的疼痛感与镇痛量都相对强烈与多,而且术后24、48、72 h对照组100例患者各VAS等级(3.75±0.68)分、(3.32±0.41)分、(2.59±0.23)分均高于实验组100例患者各VAS等级(2.32±0.41)分、(1.91±0.37)分、(1.08±0.42)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对普外科手术患者作用护理干预对其患者术后疼痛感的强烈程度的减弱起到重要作用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the postoperative pain of patients in Department of general surgery by analyzing and verifying the effect of nursing intervention. Methods September 2014 to September2015 received general surgery patients with a total of 200 cases were divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group of 100 patients were given routine nursing,while the experimental group（100 cases） in patients on the basis of routine nursing nursing intervention. After surgery for a period of time,the two groups of patients after the operation at the same time the pain of the operation at the same time a strong degree of pain and the amount of the amount of pain and other aspects of the observation,and the observation results statistics,analysis. Results The observation showed that the control group compared to the amount of pain and analgesia for patients in the experimental group are relatively strong and more,and postoperative 24,48,72 h,the control group of 100 patients each VAS level（3.75 ± 0.68）points,（3.32 ± 0.41）points,（2.59 ± 0.23）points were higher than the experimental group of 100 patients each VAS level（2.32 ± 0.41）points,（1.91 ± 0.37）points,（1.08 ± 0.42）points,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on postoperative pain of patients in Department of general surgery operation is important.
