舒适护理在肿瘤放疗患者的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤放疗期间的舒适护理效果。方法选取2013年5月—2016年8月该院收治的肿瘤放疗患者60例,将其划分为观察组以及对照组两组,每组患者30例,给予对照组常规护理,对观察组在常规护理下实施舒适护理,认真观察两组患者的护理满意度情况。结果经护理后,观察组护理满意度为96.7%,对照组为80.0%,观察组生活质量优良率为90.0%,对照组为73.3%,两组护理满意度与优良率上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予进行肿瘤放疗患者规范化的舒适护理,可以促进患者护理满意度的提升,改善患者生活质量,护理效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing during radiotherapy. Methods From May 2013 to August 2016 in our hospital 60 patients with radiotherapy,which is divided into the observation group and the control group,two groups of 30 patients given usual care control group,the observation group under the implementation of routine care comfort care,careful observation and nursing satisfaction with the two groups of patients. Results After nursing,the observation group nursing satisfaction was 96.7%,the control group was 80.0%,rate of good quality of life for the observation group 90.0% and control group was 73.3%,On two groups of the rate of good nursing satisfaction and relatively significant differences（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion The tumor patients treated with radiotherapy administered standardized comfort care,patient care can contribute to enhance satisfaction,improve the quality of life of patients,nursing effect is remarkable.
