性病疑病症患者的心理问题与护理对策

摘　　要：目的分析性病疑病症患者的心理问题,总结有效的护理对策。方法随机选取该院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的72例性病疑病症患者按照患者入院就诊顺序随机分为实验组(36例,在常规护理基础上配合针对性的心理护理措施)和对照组(36例,单独采用常规护理措施),对比分析两组患者实施临床干预计划的时间、心理状态恢复正常时间以及患者对心理干预服务的满意度。结果实验组患者实施临床干预计划时间(21.31±4.01)d、心理状态恢复正常时间(17.31±2.81)d明显短于对照组(29.67±4.13)、(22.51±3.63)d,两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组中患者满意度(97.2%)显著高于对照组(77.8%),两组组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性病疑病症患者常常会出现焦虑、紧张、绝望、羞愧等心理问题,针对患者的心理问题采取针对性的心理干预措施,可有效缓解患者的心理问题,取得良好的效果。Objective Analysis of the psychological problems of STD patients with hypochondriasis,summarizes the effective nursing strategy.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital in February2015 to February 2016,admitted of 72 patients with suspected of venereal disease patients according to the patients admitted to the order of treatment were randomly divided into experimental group（36 cases,on the basis of routine nursing with for psychological nursing measures） and control group（36 cases,separately using the routine nursing measures）,the comparison between each group the number of cases] analysis of two groups of patients to implement clinical intervention program time and mental state to restore the normal time,and the patient of mental intervention service satisfaction. Results The experimental group patients clinical intervention plan time（21.31±4.01）d,psychological status back to normal time（17.31±2.81）d significantly shorter than the control group（29.67±4.13）、（22.51±3.63）d,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Patient satisfaction in the experimental group（97.2%） is significantly higher than control group（77.8%）,the difference between the two way contrast there is statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion STD hypochondriacs often appear psychological problems such as anxiety,tension,despair,shame,for patients with psychological problems targeted psychological intervention measures,can effectively alleviate the psychological problems of patients,obtain good effect.
