摘　　要：拟从腰椎间盘突出症的中西医认识;腰段多裂肌的生物力学特征及功能;腰段多裂肌与腰椎间盘突出症的关系;多裂肌与燕飞式腰背肌功能锻炼4个方面进行综述。通过研究腰椎间盘突出症与多裂肌形态的相关性进展,以加深对腰椎间盘突出症功能锻炼的认识。The understanding of Chinese and western medicine from the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion; Lumbar segment to crack the biomechanical characteristics of muscle and more function; Lumbar segment crack muscle more relationship with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion; More crack and swallow type back muscles functional exercise four aspects were summarized.
