小儿退热贴退热作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨小儿退热贴的解热作用。方法 :根据《实用中医证候动物模型学》所提供的方法制成的家兔发热模型 ,采用随机分组方法 ,设立小儿退热贴大、中、小剂量组 ,0 .9%氯化钠注射液组和复方阿司匹林组 ,记录各组治疗后不同时段家兔的体温变化情况 ,并描绘体温反应曲线。结果 :小儿退热贴对发热家兔在给药后 90min开始发挥退热作用 ,与复方阿司匹林相同 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;小儿退热贴退热作用持续时间为 3 60min ,复方阿司匹林退热作用持续时间为 3 60min(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :小儿退热贴对灭活大肠埃希菌致热家兔有明显退热作用 ,其退热效果同于复方阿司匹林 ,且退热作用较复方阿司匹林持久。Objective:To evaluate the antipyretic effect of Xiaoertuiretie in an experimental study. Methods:An animal model of fever was set up in rabbits according to the methods described in practical animal models of syndromes defined by the traditional chinese medicine. The rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, receiving large, medium, and small dosages of Xiaoertuiretie , 0.9% sodium chloride injection and compound aspirin (APC), respectively. Dynamic changes in body temperature of the animals were recorded in different periods after the treatment and a temperature reaction curve was plotted. Results: Xiaoertuiretie began to exert its antipyretic effect 90 min after medication and it was in this way similar to APC. The antipyretic effect of Xiaoertuiretie lasted 360 min while that of APC, 300 min( P <0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoertuiretie was shown to have a striking antipyretic effect on the fever induced by inactivated E.Coli in rabbits. Its antipyretic effect was comparable with that of APC and lasted even longer than that of APC.
