摘　　要：从政府统计调查的内涵与发展要求出发,对改革开放以来中国政府统计调查发展与改革的历程进行了全面深入的思考,从制度方法体系和组织管理体系两个层面提出了进一步深化改革的建议。According to the connotation and development requirements of the government survey, this paper makes a comprehensive and in--depth thinking on the course of the development and reform of the government＇s statistical investigation since the Reform and Opening ,and puts forward some suggestions to further deepen the reform from the two aspects of the institutional approach and the organization and management system.
