摘 要:采用吡虫啉对春油菜种子进行拌种处理,通过室内盆栽和大田试验,研究拌种后吡虫啉对油菜幼苗生长、营养物质及产量的影响,对黄宽条跳甲的防治效果,以及吡虫啉在油菜幼苗叶片内的降解动态。结果表明,吡虫啉拌种对油菜株高和叶面积均有一定的促进作用,对油菜产量有显著增加作用。在幼苗期,吡虫啉对黄宽条跳甲防治效果随时间延长而加强,21天时达到最高的防治效果(60.98%)后下降。吡虫啉在油菜叶片内含量随时间延长逐渐降低。In the paper, Imidacloprid was used to dress the seeds of spring rape. We evaluated the effect of imidacloprid on the growth of rape, contents of sugar and protein in seedling stage, yield of rape and degradation dynamics of imidaeloprid in rape. The results showed that the height and leaf area of rape could be promoted, respectively, and the yield was improved significantly through seed dressing by imidaeloprid. Phyllotreta humilis Weise was controlled and the control effect was reduced through the time. The control effect achieved the best at the 21st day with the effect value of 60.98%. The content of imidaloprid in the leaf was reduced with the time.
