维吾尔族跨国布料生意困境研究--以新疆阿图什市DXLK村跨国商人为例

摘　　要：本文以DXLK村维吾尔族跨中-吉两国布料商人为例,探讨该村跨国布料生意困境原因及改善之道。导致该村跨国布料生意困境的因素既有环境因素,也有制度因素和商人自身因素,建议通过消除中吉两国跨国商贸的桎梏、充分运用维吾尔人以古丝绸之路为纽带的善于经商的传统知识体系为跨国经贸合作服务、培养与提升跨国商人本身商贸能力等途径解决困境。Cloth businessmen across China and Kyrgyzstan from DXLK village in Atush city of Xinjiang will be researched, esp. the causes of predicaments of trading and the solution to the problem will be discussed in this article. Three major factors leading to the dilemma are identified and analyzed in terms of environment, institution as well as businessmen themselves. It suggests to eliminate the barriers of transnational trading in the strategic framework of ＂One Belt, One Road＂ between two countries, to take full advantage of the traditional business knowledge of Uygur who had traded on the ancient Silk Road in the service of the transnational business, to cultivate and en- hance the ability of businessmen themselves.
