摘 要:分别利用高氯酸-氢氟酸和硫酸-氢氟酸两种灰样分解方法研究了低温度、长时间酸解条件和高温度、短时间酸解条件对煤中磷含量测定的影响。实验结果表明:高温短时的酸解方法可显著提高测试效率,高氯酸-氢氟酸最佳酸解条件是温度250℃、酸解时间2h,硫酸-氢氟酸最佳酸解条件是温度240℃、酸解时间2h,且两种灰样分解方法的测量结果间无显著性差异,可相互代替。The effects of low temperature, long time acid acidolysis condition and high temperature, short time acidolysis condition on the determination of phosphorus in coal were studied by using respectively two kinds of ash decomposition methods (perchloricacid-hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid- hydrofluoric acid). The results showed that the high temperature short time of acidolysis method could improve the test efficiency significantly, and the optimum conditions for the acidolysis of perchloric acid-hydrofluoric acid were the temperature of 250 ℃ and the acidolysis duration of 2 h, meanwhile, the best acidolysis conditions of sulfuric acid-hydrofluoric acid were the temperature of 240 ℃ and the acidolysis duration of 2 h, and the results of the two kinds of ash decomposition methods were not significantly different, they could replace each other.
