摘 要:为了提高汽车在偏置碰撞中的安全性能,利用有限元分析方法,针对螺栓连接和CO2焊接2种不同的前防撞梁结构对其进行仿真分析,经分析得出防撞梁结构存在的问题,提出将吸能盒与防撞梁本体采用螺栓连接的改进方案,从而可以有效地保障汽车的安全性能,最终达到提高车身安全性的目的,使汽车在偏置碰撞过程中的安全性得到了很大改善,对驾乘人员起到了更好的保护作用。In order to improve vehicle safety performance in offset crash, this paper introduces the application of FEA (Finite Element Analysis)method by the simulation analysis of two different types of front anti-collision beams which is bolted connection and welted by carbon dioxide. The paper analyzes the problems existed in the current anti-collision beam structure. An effective improvement plan which can ensure vehicle safety performance is proposed, the effective structure is bolted connection between energy absorption box and anti-collision beam. Finally, the target to improve body safety has reached, greatly improves safety performance of vehicle in offset crash and provides better protection for occupants.
