摘 要:目的调查了解驻疆某部新兵情绪调节方式对训练倦怠的影响。方法随机抽取驻疆某部新兵420名,对新兵训练倦怠自评问卷和军人情绪调节方式量表进行数据统计分析。结果新兵训练倦怠总分值为(27.48±6.16)分,4种情绪调节方式使用频率均分由高到低依次为:自我安慰(3.16±0.79)分、行为抑制(2.79±0.78)分、情感求助(2.82±0.72)分、认知重视(2.24±0.73)分。训练倦怠高分组认知重视得分显著高于训练倦怠低分组(t=-9.491,P<0.01),情感求助、自我安慰得分显著低于低训练倦怠组(t值分别为3.376、3.107,P<0.01)。回归分析显示,认知重视、情感求助、自我安慰是新兵训练倦怠的重要影响因素,解释了其总变异的33.2%,且认知重视对训练倦怠具有促进作用,情感求助、自我安慰对训练倦怠具有抑制作用。结论认知重视、情感求助、自我安慰对新兵训练倦怠具有显著预测作用。Objective To investigate and understand the effect of emotion regulation way and its effects among new recruits in Xinjiang. Methods Using cross-sectional stoney method, 420 new recruits in Xinjiang were randomly selected and investigated by Training Burnout Scale and the Emotion Regulation Scale. Results The total score of Training Burnout Scale was (27.48 ±6. 16). The average scores of 4 emotion regulation types were self-comfort (3.16 ±0. 79) , behavioral inhibition (2. 79 ±0. 78) , emotional appeal (2.82 ±0. 72) and cognitive attention (2. 24 ±0. 73) in turn. In high burn- out score group, its score of cognitive attention was significantly higher than that of low burnout score group (t = -9.491, P 〈 0. 01 ). The scores of emotional appeal and self-comfort in high burnout score group were significantly lower than that of low burnout score group (t = 3. 376, 3. 107, P 〈 0. 01 ). Regression analysis showed that cognitive attention, emotional appeal and self-comfort were important factors affecting of training burnout of the recruits, explained 33.2% of the total variance. And cognitive attention significantly promoted the training burnout and significantly inhibited the emotional appeal and self-comfort. Conclusion Cognitive attention, emotional appeal and self-comfort have significant predict effect on new re- cruits'training burnout. Strengthening the guide of adjustment methods, such as cognitive attention, emotional appeal and self-comfort, plays positive role to improve the recruit training emotion and motivation.
