摘 要:目的了解《北京市控制吸烟条例》(以下简称《条例》)实施后,北京市中式餐馆的控烟现状,比较全面禁烟餐馆与非全面禁烟餐馆的控烟效果。方法调查采用暗访形式,观察餐馆的控烟环境并使用便携式烟雾监测器对部分餐馆进行PM_(2.5)浓度测定。使用Epi Data 3.1软件和SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行录入和分析。结果实施全面禁烟政策的餐馆为249家,占总数的87.7%。比较发现,全面禁烟餐馆在餐馆禁烟提示/标识设置率为86.7%优于非全面禁烟餐馆的45.7%;在PM_(2.5)测定结果上,全面禁烟餐馆室内PM_(2.5)浓度均值为74.8μg/m^3(t=2.083,P<0.05),室内PM_(2.5)浓度最大值的均值为91.3μg/m^3(t=2.419,P<0.05),均低于非全面禁烟餐馆。结论《条例》实施后,北京市中式餐馆的控烟状况令人满意,全面禁烟餐馆的整体控烟环境要明显优于非全面禁烟的餐馆。Objective To investigate the status of tobacco control in Beijing Chinese restaurants after the implementation of Beijing Smoke-free Regulation ( hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation" ), compare the differences between the restaurants with or without smoking ban policy. Methods Field observation in secrete method was used to evaluate tobacco control environment in all restaurants. Portable aerosol monitors were used to measure PM2.5 concentrations in part of the restaurants. Database was set up by Epi Data 3.1 software and all data was analyzed by SPSS 17. 0 software. Results 249 (87.7%) restaurants adopted a carpet smoking ban policy. After compared the difference between restaurants applying and not applying moking policy, it was found that restaurants applied complete smoke free policy had a significant higher rate of "No Smoking" signs (86. 7% vs 45.7% ). It is also found that the average and max PM2.5 concentrations in smoke free restaurants (74. 8 μg/m^3, 91.3 μg/m^3) were significantly lower than those restaurants that allowed people to smoke (t = 2. 083, P 〈 0. 05 ; t = 2. 419, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The tobacco control situation in Beijing Chinese restaurants is sat- isfied after the implementation of the Regulation, and the restaurants which adopted smoking ban policy are better than those did not on tobacco control environment.
