摘  要:目的构建一套科学、客观、实用的肠造口患者健康教育评价指标体系。方法基于知信行理论基础,采用文献检索法、半结构访谈法、专家小组讨论、Delphi专家咨询法,筛选指标,建立肠造口患者健康教育评价指标体系。结果 2轮函询中专家的积极系数均为100%,权威系数均为0.876,2轮指标的变异范围为0.080~0.150,协调系数为0.339~0.358,P<0.01;构建了包含3项一级指标,39项二级指标的肠造口患者健康教育评价指标体系;总量表的CVI为0.862,Cronbach’sα系数为0.850。结论本研究构建的肠造口患者健康教育评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,信效度较好,为临床护理人员开展肠造口患者健康教育和评价教育效果提供客观依据。Objective To develop a scientific, practical and feasible health education evaluation system for patients with colostomy. Methods The health education evaluation system based on KAP theory for patients with colostomy were formulated by literature review, semi-structured interviews and expert group discussion. Then, developed health education evaluation system was screened by Delphi consultation method. Results The positivity coefficient and authority coefficient of experts was 100% and 0. 876, respectively. The index variation ranged from 0. 080 to 0. 150 and the coordination coefficients ranged from 0. 339 to 0. 358 (P 〈0. 01 ) in 2 rounds. At last, the health education evaluation system included 3 first-level items and 39 second-level items. The overall content validity index was 0. 862 and Cronbach' s α was 0. 850. Conclusion The formation process of index and each index are scientific and have good validity, the index system can be used asguidance for clinical nurses to implement and evaluate health education for patients with colostomy.
