摘 要:地下工程逆作法施工期间,施工不当会使立柱桩产生不均匀沉降并且造成地下结构的立柱倾斜,研究施工变形对逆作法结构的影响可为逆作法地下结构竖向支承体系设计提供理论依据。文章基于荣成市旭日公馆高层住宅基坑项目,采用规范公式和建立弹性支撑模型的方法,研究了施工变形对逆作法结构竖向承载力的影响,分析了立柱桩产生不均匀沉降时上部结构的内力变化,阐明了地基梁上最大沉降点位置、梁上最大弯矩以及剪力的变化情况。结果表明:支承柱端水平位移为150 mm时支承柱的竖向承载力减小一半,而二阶效应将会进一步削弱柱的竖向承载力;中柱产生不均匀沉降时对临柱内力及位移影响大于边柱,对结构的承载力和稳定性影响较大,当不断减小中柱沉降时最大内力位置点逐渐向梁中部转移。Improper construction during construction of top-down method will cause the uneven settlement of column pile and column inclination. Research on the influence of construction deformation on the construction of the top-down method can provide a theoretical basis for the top- down method of underground structure vertical supporting system. Based on the foundation project for Xuri high-rise apartment building in Rongcheng, by using the code formula and the method of the elastic support model, the paper studies the influence of construction deformation on vertical bearing capacity of construction of top-down method, analyzes the upper structure's internal force variation and the changes of maximum subsidence point position for vertical pile's uneven settlement and maximum moment and shear on the beam. The results show that, when the horizontal displacement of supporting columns is 150mm, the supporting column vertical bearing capacity will reduce by half, while the second-order effects will further weaken the vertical bearing capacity of the columns; uneven settlement on the middle column has the biggest influence on internal force, displacement of adjoining columns and bearing capacity, stability of the structure than other columns. Since the uneven settlement on the middle column gradually reduces, the biggest internal force transfer to the middle of beam.
