摘　　要：公立医院职能机构改革是深化医院去行政化的重要内容。通过对公立医院职能机构现状及大部制改革的必要性分析,提出职能机构大部制改革的相关做法,梳理各部门重要职能并构建公立医院职能部门组织架构,为医院组织架构设计提供可行性建议和参考。The reform of public hospitals＇ functional organization is an important part to deepen hospital non-ad- ministration action. The status and necessities of the functional institutions of public hospitals were analyzed, some rele- vant reform practices of the functional departments were proposed, and the organization structure of public hospitals＇ functional organization was built after carding functions of departments, to provide suggestions and methodology reference for building the hospital organizational structure.
