基于Bootstrap-DEA的武汉市肾内科CRRT技术效率研究

摘　　要：目的测算武汉市肾内科开展CRRT的技术效率,为医疗机构提高CRRT技术服务效率和质量提出政策建议。方法通过问卷调查收集武汉市17家医疗机构肾内科的投入产出信息,利用R3.1.2统计软件结合FEAR软件包对肾内科开展CRRT进行Bootstrap-DEA的相对技术效率值进行测算。结果经Bootstrap-DEA方法纠偏后武汉市开展CRRT的17家医疗机构平均相对技术效率值为0.745 0,且纠偏后的相对技术效率值均小于1。有11家(64.7%)医疗机构肾内科相对技术效率处于良好及以上状态;3家(17.65%)医疗机构肾内科相对技术效率很差。结论武汉市医疗机构肾内科CRRT人员、设备配置不均衡,各科室间技术效率差异较大。Objective To calculate the technical efficiency of CRRT in Department of Nephrology in Wuhan and put forward policy recommendations for improving the efficiency and quality of CRRT technology services. Methods Through questionnaire survey of input and output information of Department of Nephrology of 17 hospitals, the relative technical efficiency was measured through the package of renal medicine to carry out CRRT Bootstrap-DEA FEAR software using R3.1.2 the estimated statistical software. Results Through the Bootstrap-DEA method, the average relative technical efficiency is 0.7450, and the relative technical efficiency after the correction is less than 1. The relative technical efficiency of 11（64.7%）nephrology departments is good, and the relative technical efficiency of 3 （17.65%） nephrology departments is very poor. Conclusion The difference of technical efficiency between the CRRT input and output in the medical institutions is not balanced and technical efficiency among departments is large .
