散结止痛颗粒微生物限度检查方法的验证

摘　　要：目的建立散结止痛颗粒的微生物限度检查方法。方法采用平皿法和培养基稀释法进行微生物限度检查方法的验证。结果与结论散结止痛颗粒有抑菌作用,培养基稀释法可消除对细菌计数的影响,用于细菌计数。平皿法可用于霉菌及酵母菌的检查。常规法可用于控制菌的检查。OBJECTIVE To establish method for microbial limit test of Sanjie Zhitong granule. METHODS Plating method and medium dilution method were used to establish the method for microbial limit test of Sanjie Zhi- tong granule. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION Antibacterial components existing in Sanjie Zhitong granule causes antibacterial effects. Medium dilution method can effectively eliminate the antimicrobial activity and can be used for bacteria count. The plating method can be used formold and yeast count. The routine method can be used for the de- tection of Escherichia coli.
