万古霉素类药物应用的干预及其分析

摘　　要：目的了解某院万古霉素类药物的临床应用和疗效情况,评价其应用的合理性、安全性及经济性。方法采用回顾性调查方法,统计分析某院2015年4月到11月份147名住院患者使用万古霉素类药物的合理性、安全性及经济性。结果万古霉素类药应用基本合理,有效率达72.9%,用药干预后疗效明显提高,去甲万古霉素疗效显著优于万古霉素(P<0.05),且更经济。结论严格遵循药物适应证,减少经验用药,进行血药浓度监测,加强临床药师和临床医师的合作,有利于更合理安全有效利用万古霉素类药物。OBJECTIVE To analyze the use and effectiveness of vancomyeins in Fujian general hospital, and e- valuate the rationality, savety and effectiveness of drug use. METHODS The medical records of 147 inpatients who had received vancomycins was retrospectively analyzed from April to November in 2007. And we evaluated the ration- ality, savety and effectiveness of vancomycins. RESULTS A basically rational use of vancomycins in our hospital has been proved, its effective rate is 72. 9%. Therapeutic efficacy could be patencily elevated after interfering by pharmacists, the efficacy of norvancomyein was better than vancomycins. CONCLUSION The measures, such as restricting the indicatations, decrising empirical application, monitoring the blood drug level and strengthening the co- operation between pharmacists and doctors, is helpful to rationally use of the drug.
