孟鲁司特联合地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价孟鲁司特联合地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取门诊变应性鼻炎患者分为治疗组29例及对照组28例,治疗组给予孟鲁司特联合地氯雷他定口服,对照组给予地氯雷他定口服,观察比较2周后两组患者治疗后的疗效。结果两组治疗后,治疗组总有效率89.66%明显高于对照组75.00%(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎有较好的治疗效果。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy of montelukast and desloratadine on allergic rhini- is. METHODS Fifty-seven patients were randomly divided into two groups ： treatment droup （ n = 29 ） and controlgroup（ n = 28 ）. Patients in treatment group took montelukast tablets and desloratadine tablets ,while patients in con- trol group took desloratadine tablets. RESULTS After the treatment for 2 weeks,the total effective rate in the treat- ment group （89.66%） was higher than that in the control group （75.00%） （P 〉 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION Monte- lukast and desloratadine is more effective in the treatment of the allergic rhinitis.
