摘  要:目的对粗叶悬钩子抗肝损伤有效部位的化学成分进行提取、分离。方法运用硅胶柱层析和高压制备液相色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过液质联用技术,并查阅相关文献,初步确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到6个化合物。结论围绕活性追踪,首次对粗叶悬钩子抗肝损伤有效成分进行研究。OBJECTIVE Extraction and Separation of the bioactive chemical constitutes of Rubus aleaefolius Poir. on Liver Injury. METHODS Silica gel chromatography column and preparative liquid chromatography were used for separation of compounds and HPLC-MS technique combined with relative references was used for preliminary structure determination. RESULTS Six compounds were isolated from Rubus aleaefolius Poir. CONCLUSION According to the tracing of activity bioactive chemical constitutes of Rubus aceaefolius Poir. Were firstly studied on liver injury and preparation chromatography.
