摘 要:在多对极磁阻式旋转变压器理论研究的基础上,提出一种新型结构双通道粗精耦合共磁路径向磁阻式旋转变压器基本结构框架,同时指出该种结构双通道旋变可以进行粗精信号解耦原理上的可行性。采用磁场有限元法对其解耦效果及可行性进行了计算验证。依照该种方法设计了粗机为1对极,精机为15对极的粗精耦合共磁路环状转子旋转变压器,激磁绕组采用环形绕组,粗机、精机的信号绕组采用集中正弦绕组结构,并制造加工了样机,同时进行了实验研究。实验结果与设计结论相一致。A new structure of dual channel of coarse and fine coupling structure of reluctance resolver was put forward based on the magnetic analysis. Meanwhile, the paper also gave us the possibility to decouple the coarse-exact channel EMF signals of the same magnetic circuit and points out that the structure of dual channel rotary transformer can be coarse and fine signal decoupling principle of possibility. At the same time, the magnetic field finite element method was used to calculate the decoupling effect and the feasibility of the method. According to this method, one reluctance resolver was designed which has coarse machine with 1 pole and precision machine with 15 poles. The circle winding was used as exciting winding and the concentrate sine windings were used as signal windings both in coarse and exact machine. The prototype was made and the experiment was done at last. The experiment result fits in the calculation result well.
