摘 要:为了探究繁殖状态对卵胎生鱼类生存适合度的影响,本文比较了孔雀鱼(Poecilia reticulata)产仔前后的静止代谢率(resting metabolic rate,RMR)、快速启动逃逸能力的变化特征以及产仔前以上生理生态参数与产仔量的关联。结果表明:产仔前实验鱼的RMR显著高于产仔后(P<0.05),并与产仔量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);产仔前后实验鱼快速启动逃逸能力相关参数无显著变化(P>0.05),产仔前最大线速度Vmax、单位时间内的质心移动位移D120 ms等均与产仔量不相关(P>0.05)。研究表明,孔雀鱼繁殖需要较大的能量投入,而快速启动逃逸能力作为生存适合度的重要参数不受繁殖状态的影响,这可能与该物种的进化策略有关。In order to investigate the effects of reproductive status on the survival fitness of ovoviviparous fish, the resting metabolic rate (RMR) and faststart escape performance of guppy (Poecilia reticulata) before and after parturition were examined. In addition, the relationships between the preparturition RMR and fecundity, and the parameters of preparturition faststart escape performance and fecundity were also determined. The preparturition RMR was found to be significantly higher than the postparturition RMR (P〈0.05), whereas no difference was detected in faststart escape performance before and after parturition (P〉0.05). The fecundity was positively related to the preparturition RMR (P〈0.05), but had no correlation with the parameters of preparturition faststart escape performance (P〉0.05). The results indicated that the reproduction of guppy increased energy burden. However, as the survival fitnessrelevant parameter, the faststart escape performance was not affected by the reproductive status. These characteristics were hypothesized to be related to the evolutionary strategy of this species.
