摘 要:为有效解决主动配电网(ADN)运行模式中供应侧和需求侧响应量的不确定性给电网安全带来的问题,在传统概率潮流模型基础上,将虚拟微网与ADN交换功率及需求侧响应的不确定性视为新的随机注入变量,搭建了供需群体互动的概率潮流模型。利用概率潮流的计算结果,使距期望值波动的3个标准差内的数值落在约束范围内,作为系统运行的不等式约束条件。在此基础上,以ADN运行成本最小为优化目标,制定基于概率潮流的ADN供需群体协同优化运行策略,确定了供需互动模式下各互动节点的响应量。该模型既避免了传统配电网运行模型中仅由上级主网承担系统不平衡功率的情况,又有效地提高了系统运行的安全性与经济性。最后,通过算例验证了该模型的有效性和实用性。To effectively solve the problem of uncertain response of source and load in active distribution network (ADN), the source side and load-side interacting probabilistic load flow model is set up based on the traditional probabilistic load flow model. The power exchange volatility between the virtual microgrid and distribution network and the uncertainty of demand response are regarded as random variables injection. Accordingly, the optimal operation strategy by coordinating the source and load is generated with the optimization objective of minimizing the ADN operation cost and determining the source side and load-side responses. This model can not only avoid the situation of the superior main network bearing the unbalanced power, but also boost the security and economy of the system. The validity and practicability of the optimal operation strategy are verified by the results of simulation.
