摘  要:现有的电压互感器难以满足智能电网对电能质量宽频域、高精度检测的要求,文中提出一种基于双积分器的电子式电压互感器(EVT)实现方案,利用主积分器和辅助积分器配合工作,使EVT同时兼顾宽频带特性和良好的暂态响应性能。阐述了双积分型EVT的工作原理,分析了主积分器和辅助积分器的频率响应特性及暂态特性,并进行了双积分型EVT的谐波及暂态扰动检测仿真分析和样机试验验证。结果表明双积分型EVT可满足60次以下谐波电压高精度检测的要求,对暂态扰动信号具有良好的传变性能,符合智能电网电能质量检测的需要。It is difficult to meet the power quality detection requirements on wide frequency domain and high accuracy in the smart grid for existing voltage transformers. Implementation of the double integrator based electronic voltage transformer (EVT) is proposed, in which the main integrator and the assistant integrator work together to achieve both wide band frequency response characteristics and the rapid transient response characteristics of the EVT. The principles of the double integrator based EVT are explained, and the frequency response characteristics of both the main integrator and the assistant integrator are analyzed. The simulation analysis of harmonic and transient disturbance detection performance of the EVT and experiments on the EVT prototype are also conducted. The analysis and experimental results show that the double integrator based EVT can meet the requirements of less than 60 times of harmonic voltage detection with high accuracy. And its good performance on transforming transient disturbances is definitely in conformity with the smart grid's power quality requirements.
