摘  要:随着纳米技术的飞速发展,金属纳米颗粒在不同行业的广泛应用,越来越多的研究开始关注其生物安全性。经母体暴露后,金属纳米颗粒因其独特的理化性质,可穿过胎盘屏障和血脑屏障,到达子代中枢神经系统并影响其发育。大量研究表明大脑是金属纳米颗粒作用的重要靶器官之一,其中损伤最严重的大脑区域是海马区。With rapid development of nanotechnology in recent years,metal nanoparticles are widely used in various industries.The biological safety of metal nanoparticles has received more and more attention,and has become a hot topic.Due to their unique physical and chemical properties,metal nanoparticles can cross the placental barrier and the blood-brain barrier to reach central nervous system of offspring and thus affect their development after prenatal exposure.Numerous studies showed that brain is one of the most important target organs of metal and metal oxide nanoparticles and hippocampus has been affected most seriously among the brain regions.This review elaborates neurodevelopmental toxicity of metal nanoparticle and introduces the latest research progress in this area.
