摘　　要：对某折弯机油缸缸底断裂脱落原因进行分析,得出充液阀关闭时过大液压冲击力持续高速对缸底打击造成缸底断裂脱落这一结论。根据分析结果制定了降低充液阀关闭压力和更换阻尼以减小流量输入两项主要措施,并最终解决了问题。The reason for fracture loss of cylinder bottom in some press brake has been analyzed in the text. It is concluded that the reason is the continuous hitting of excessive hydraulic impact force to the cylinder bottom when the suction valve closed. According to the above reason, of suction valve closing pressure and input liquid flow by changing problem has been solved. two main measures including reduction damper have been defined.
