摘　　要：国家级新区是我国为应对国际竞争加剧、市场需求增速放缓而设立的特殊政策空间,是我国空间发展战略的具体落实。近年来以国家级新区为增长极带动区域发展的思路日趋成熟。通过对国家级新区的总体情况、定位、管治模式进行总结,分析我国的空间决策。研究认为:(1)国家级新区的设立与经济发展阶段具有紧密联系,空间分布具有均衡性特征,经济发展受其成立年限、所处区位和基础条件影响。(2)国家级新区的定位体现时代背景,以区域协调发展为目标,以特色化和专门化为发展方向。(3)国家级新区的管治模式可以划分为跨界联合模式、管理委员会模式、属地政府模式。研究还对国家级新区的未来建设提出借鉴性意见。The national new district is a special policy space set up in response to the intensified international competition and the slowdown in market demand. It is the concrete implementation of China＇s space development strategy. In recent years the regional development drives the idea increasingly mature. By analyzing and summarizing the overall situation, orientation and governance mode of the national new district, the paper analyzes and summarizes the theory of spatial decision-making. The study shows that： （1） The establishment of national new district is closely related to the stage of economic development. The quantitative change has the characteristics of stage, and the spatial distribution has the characteristics of equilibrium. Economic development is affected by its years of establishment, location and basic conditions. （2） The positioning of national-level new district reflects the background of the times. （3） The governance model of national-level new district can be divided into cross-border joint mode, management committee mode and local government mode. The study also provides a reference for the future construction of national new district.
