嘉兴市科技金融制度设计及实施对策

摘　　要：嘉兴市科技贷款余额增速较快,产品日益丰富,其风险分担机制逐渐完善,科技金融服务组织发展良好,创投引导基金初步发挥功效,但也存在高新技术企业融资渠道狭窄及科技金融政策体系尚不完善的问题。提出了改善融资环境、加快体系建设、健全风险防控机制,构建嘉兴市科技金融制度体系。Jiaxing＇s sci-tech loan balance is growing rapidly; sci-tech loan products are increasingly rich; the risk sharing mechanism tends to be perfect; sci tech financial organizations develop well and government leading fund of venture capital begins to play its roles, but such problems exist currently as narrow financing channels for hi-tech enterprises and imperfect sci tech finance policies. Efforts should be made in Jiaxing to build a sound sci-leeh finance system through improving financing environment, speeding the system construction and perfec ring risks prevention and control measures.
