膝痹病合剂治疗风寒湿痹型膝关节炎56例

摘　　要：目的观察膝痹病合剂治疗风寒湿痹型膝关节炎的疗效。方法实验组56例以内服膝痹病合剂为主方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎;对照组56例口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖进行治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,共3个疗程。结果实验组临床治愈4例,显效46例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率96.43%;对照组临床治愈2例,显效20例,有效30例,无效4例,总有效率92.86%。2组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论膝痹病合剂具有祛风散寒除湿,活血通络止痛之功,对膝关节骨性关节炎有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of Xibibing mixture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type. Methods In the experimental group, there were 56 cases took oral Xibibing mixture. In the control group, there were 56 cases took oral glucosamine sulfate. One month was a period of treatment. Two groups were given three periods of treatment. Results In the experimental group, 4 cases were cured, 46 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, 2 cases had no effect, and the total effective rate was 96.43%. In the control group, 2 cases were cured, 20 cases had marked effect, 4 cases were effective, 30 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92.86%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01） . Conclusion Xibibing mixture has functions of dispelling wind and cold, dehumidification, promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction and relieving pain. It has good curative effect on knee osteoarthritis.
