摘　　要：糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病(DM)最严重的微血管并发症之一,可归属于中医之"消渴""虚劳""水肿"等范畴。痰瘀既是DN发生发展中的病理产物,又是致病因素,本文从"痰瘀立论",探讨DN的中医发病机制,旨在为DN的中医治疗提供理论根据。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most serious microvascular complications of diabetes, and is similar to those of ＂ subdue thirsty diseases＂ , ＂ hydroncus＂ and ＂ consumptive disease＂ in traditional Chinese medicine. Phlegm and blood stasis are the pathogenic products and pathogenic factor. This thesis tried to explore the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy based on the pathogenesis of phlegm and blood stasis and aim to provide theoretical foundation for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
