高能体外冲击波联合益肾消痛丸治疗早期ONFH的24例

摘　　要：目的观察高能体外冲击波联合益肾消痛丸治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月—2015年4月收治的早期股骨头坏死患者48例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。对照组口服益肾消痛丸治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合体外冲击波治疗。2组疗程均为3个月。观察2组临床疗效及Harris评分。结果治疗组共有12例治愈,7例显效,3例有效,2例无效,总有效率91.67%;对照组共9例治愈,5例显效,4例有效,6例无效,总有效率75%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、3、6个月回访:2组Harris评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且总体评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高能体外冲击波联合口服中药益肾消痛丸治疗早期股骨头坏死效果显著,值得在临床广泛应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of high-energy extracorporeal shock wave combined with Yishen Xiaotong pills in the treatment of early osteonecrosis of femoral head. Methods Forty-eight patients with early osteonecrosis of femoral head were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2015, and these patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Yishen Xiaotong pills. The treatment group was treated with an extraeorporeal shock wave on the basis of the control group. 2 groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical effect and Harris score were observed. Results In the treatment group, 12 cases were cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 91.67%. In the control group, 9 cases were cured, 5 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 75%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . We have a return visit after treatment of 1, 3 and 6 months： The Harris scores of the two groups were significantly improved （P〈0.05） , and the overall score of the treatment group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion High-energy extracorporeal shock wave combined with oral Chinese medicine Yishen Xiaolie pills in the treatment of early osteonecrosis of femoral head has significant effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
